Christmas thoughts

Despite my dad's hospitalization and my broken wrist, Christmas turned out pretty good this year.

We've learned over the years to make our holidays very, very low key. We have a few traditions we follow, but a lot of our time is spent just hanging out around the house together. Too much stuff without enough breaks in between will cause major unhappiness in our house. So we watched our new movies, played our new games, discovered the joys of loud rock music drifting out of my son's room, listen to the squeals of a little girl dancing with her dolls and the screams of helps coming from the mini-Batman in the former nursery.

Here's a few pictures of our fun....Jason enjoying his new dragons...

Princess Hannah with Princess Belle...

And Micah, the engineer....
